ROLE DESCRIPTION
Beth Wilker, State Farm Insurance is searching for a team member who can recognize opportunities and develop long-lasting customer relationships. As a State Farm team member of Beth Wilker, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing goals for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
  • Provide information on insurance products and services.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • No prior experience necessary
Compensation $37,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
